Thank you so much for supporting #Dancember this year! We know that some of you are still waiting on your campaign t-shirts to arrive. While we don’t have the staff to respond to each and every one of your emails, tweets and messages, you can be sure that our team of amazing volunteers are working hard to fulfill all of your orders. Your t-shirts will be in the mail and on their way to you ASAP!
Our social login functionality was impacted by a server issue we faced during the campaign. If you joined the street team using your Facebook or Twitter account, please follow the instructions below to access your account:
1. Visit this link.
2. Enter the email address associated with the social media account you used when you joined.
3. Click on Reset Password.
4. Check your email.
5. Follow the link to create a new password and access your street team account.
Thanks for cashing in your #Dancember points and being part of the street team! Items purchased with #Dancember points will be shipped based on availability. Please note that some items may not ship until up to 8 weeks after the campaign closes. We are doing everything we can to process your orders and get them out to you ASAP!
If you accidentally hit the donate button twice (or saw a duplicate donation on your statement or account), we have processed your refund(s). We encourage you to check your credit card statement or bank account to verify the refund is in process. Thanks for your patience while we worked through this!
Nope! We will continue to try and reach our goal of $500,000 all the way through December 31st. After the New Year, we will announce the campaign winner. Stay tuned for more information on that soon!
